Conquest Rush Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how the Conquest Rush app for Android (package name io.itch.clnt.conquestrush), made by Tom Zuidema, trading as CLNT Studios ("we", "us"), handles your information. It covers the current version of the app, version 1.0.1.

The short version

  • You don't need an account.
  • We don't collect any personal data.
  • No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
  • The app doesn't use the internet at all.
  • Your progress and settings are saved only on your device.

Information we collect

None. Conquest Rush does not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal data. There is no sign-in, and the app does not talk to any server, ours or anyone else's. We cannot see who plays the game or how they play it.

What is saved on your device

To keep your progress, the game saves two small files in its private app storage on your device:

  • Your profile: medals, the War Chest upgrades you own, music and sound volume, simple stats (number of runs, wins and furthest base reached) and whether you have seen the tutorial.
  • Your current run: the state of a run in progress, so you can continue where you left off.

These files contain no personal information. Other apps cannot read them, and they never leave your device. The app also opts out of Android's automatic backup, so this data is not copied to your Google account backup.

Internet and permissions

The current version of Conquest Rush requests no Android permissions, including no internet permission. It works completely offline and makes no network connections.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

The current version contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no other third-party service that collects data. The app is built with the open-source Godot game engine, which does not send any data from the app.

You get the app from a store such as itch.io or, later, Google Play. Those stores have their own privacy policies for your account and your download. They may show us aggregated, non-identifying statistics, such as download counts.

Future versions: optional rewarded video ads

A future version of Conquest Rush may offer optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob: you could choose to watch a short video in exchange for an in-game reward. Watching would always be your choice.

If we add this, Google would process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address and how you interact with ads in order to show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK), the app would ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. Such a version would also need the internet permission. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We will update this privacy policy, including the effective date, before any version with ads is released.

Children

Conquest Rush is made for players aged 13 and over. It has cartoon battles without blood or gore, but it is not designed for young children. The app collects no personal data from anyone, so it also collects none from children. If a future version adds ads, we will configure them so that players who may be under the age of digital consent only get non-personalised ads, and we will update this policy first.

Deleting your data

All of the game's data lives on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app, which removes your progress and settings completely. You can also clear it without uninstalling: open your phone's Settings > Apps > Conquest Rush > Storage and tap Clear storage. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

If you email us

If you contact us at support@clntstudios.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to fix the problem you reported, and we don't share it with anyone. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time. Support email is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored in our Google (Gmail) mailbox.

This website

This website has no cookies, analytics or ads, and it loads nothing from other websites: even its fonts are served from this site. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top before that version is released. The current version will always be at this address.
